in muscle groups you did not realise you had.
Whatever your ability, Ski-fit is essential if you want to get the most from your
skiing experience. Choose from a 4, 8 or 12 week ski-fit blitz to get your body up
to speed with whatever skiing demands you may encounter.
ULTRA DISTANCE TRAINING
Undertaking an ultra endurance event can feel like a daunting prospect, especially
if it is your first.
My 16 , 24 or 32 week Ironman training programmes are designed for both beginners
and seasoned triathletes alike. We start with a full postural & biomechanical assessment,
followed by a muscle strength & flexibility screen and a soft tissue muscle analysis
. This allows me to prescribe bespoke strength, stability and flexibility exercises
to run alongside the foundation elements of your training, all of which aim to improve
performance and prevent over-training and injury.
An ultra distance training regime would not be complete without a nutrition plan.
During the training phase, food consumption will need to take a dramatic change and
I will be on hand to help implement and educate you through the whole process.
For those that require it, analysis and coaching of swimming, cycling and running
techniques is also available.

Running a marathon should not be taken lightly as it will challenge you both physically
and mentally. However, the better your preparation the easier and, more importantly,
the more enjoyable an experience it will be.
To get to the start line in peak physical condition is key, but there are many factors
that are often overlooked that need to be considered when preparing for an event
such as this.
My 16 week training programme will not only provide you with the essential endurance
elements but will also encompass all the strength and rehabilitative phases I believe
are necessary to get you to the start line in top condition.

to suit whatever level you would like to attain.
The full package will also include a monthly sports massage to help ease those aches
and pains from training and a pre marathon carbo loading and race day food pack.
