How does it work?
The Power Plate generates vibrations that are transferred from a platform onto the body during exercise. In response to the vibrations the muscles contract and expand up to 30-50 times per second encouraging increases in the basal metabolic rate, an improvement in circulation and lymph drainage and strengthening of bone tissue.
