Body fat loss is not easy, even for the most experienced fitness professional. I have been helping clients for the last 12 years attain their weight and fitness goals and it is from them that I have come up with my unique 12 week personal training programme.
You will start with a full 90 minute fitness, body fat and movement assessment. Then, suiting your personal and lifetsyle needs, I will devise a bespoke body fat reduction regime that encompasses all the necessary training and dietary plans to optimise fat loss.
